Yes! While leather is a natural material and has its limits, we can "fill" and reinforce most scratches, scuffs (even small tears). Once color-matched and textured, these repairs are often nearly invisible / minimal scarring.

We do not change the color of the bag. The process of altering the color involves applying multiple layers, which can potentially harden the leather and affect its natural quality and durability. Our goal is to preserve the original beauty and longevity of your leather items, ensuring they remain as cherished and functional as the day you first loved them.

Due to our location & limited space, we focus our restoration on smaller items such as handbags, wallets, shoes, and leather jackets.

The scheduling depends on the amount of repair and/or restoration work required. It typically takes anywhere from 3-8 weeks (from date of full payment). An approximate date will be advised after bag has been assessed.

We accept all major forms of payment methods (Cash, Visa / Mastercard / Debit / QR payment / bank transfer).

Full payment is required before we proceed with services.

No, we do not provide official authentication services at this time. But our team will be most happy to suggest a few authenticators.

We understand that sometimes you need your favorite heels or handbag ready for a special event! We do offer a Priority Express Service for an additional fee (RM100), which fast-tracks your item (schedule permitting).

However, please keep in mind that certain processes—like deep cleaning, mold removal, or multi-layer color structural repairs—simply cannot be rushed if we want to ensure the finish doesn't peel or crack. If your item requires a "slow-cure" process, we will let you know upfront!

We do not currently offer a dedicated in-house delivery service. However, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible:

• KL/Klang Valley: You are welcome to drop off and pick up your items at our studio. Alternatively, many of our clients use door-to-door delivery services like GrabExpress or Lalamove to send their items to us.

• Outside of KL: We accept items via courier (PosLaju, DHL, etc.) from all over Malaysia.

Note: For all deliveries (Grab/Lalamove/Courier), please ensure your item is securely packed (box / bubble wrap) & notify us once it is on its way so we can confirm its safe arrival.

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your "new" item. While leather is a natural material that continues to age, we provide a 3-month workmanship guarantee on all our restorative treatments (such as stitching and color-matching).

Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper storage after the item leaves our studio.

We use professional-grade, water-based pigments and finishes designed to mimic the original feel (or close to as possible). Our goal is to maintain the suppleness and "feel" of the leather so it feels as good as it looks.

Yes, we do! These materials require highly specialized treatment depending on the condition.

We always recommend following best practices for storage & bag care:
- Store in a cool & dry place
- Stuff bag to make sure it stands upright
- Ensure all hardware isn’t resting on the leather.

While we specialize in high-end luxury labels, we work on all brands.
